With the demise of the original Pushers, former frontman Spencer Bartsch didn't take long to land on his feet. In it's original incarnate, FourBolt Main was a work in progress; some great stuff in need of some seasoning. If FourBolt was a modified muscle car, the Main was the nitro-gulping, ground-pounding Top Fueler.....a serious tune-up, a complete trashing of old mediocre songs, and a second guitar was all it took, to tranform the band. In the span of weeks the band was a professional power house, seriously smoking all comers in the run what you brung punk world...To the Grave evokes grand memories of "back in the day" Shattered Faith...and folks that a good thing...the first classic of the second wave of Hostage singles.. |
